　　1 情态动词+have+done

　　Must do/must have done 肯定句中表推测(90%)

　　Can/could not do /haven done否定句中表推测

　　Should have done 本该做却没做

　　Shouldn’t have done本不该做却做了

　　Needn’t have done没必要做却做了

　　Could have done本可以做却没做

　　Wouldn’t have done sth本来不会

　　Would have done sth本来会

　　I could have arrived a little earlier, but I met a friend of mine on the way.

　　The children must have got terrified in last night’s earthquake.

　　You should have put the milk in the ice-box; I except it had become undrinkable by now.

　　You needn’t have told her again because she has a good memory.

　　Let’s go to class together, shall we?

　　2 情态动词+be +doing表示应当正在….、想必/一定正在…、可能/也许正在..; 情态动词+have been doing,表示应当一直在…; 想必一定在…

　　He shouldn’t be watching TV now. It’s time for class.

　　He said he could drink a bottle of whisky. He must be joking.

　　The president of our company isn’t here. He may be interviewing candidates for the post of sales manager at the moment.

　　They must have been working on their thesis.

　　倒装结构

　　1. 部分倒装和全部倒装

　　部分倒装：助动词或情态动词提前

　　全部倒装：整个谓语部分提前

　　重要考点

　　1 so (neither, nor)+be(助动词，情态动词)+主语

　　I like coffee; so does my sister.

　　I didn’t attend class yesterday; nor/neither did Mary.

　　“Jim is a good-swimmer.”

　　“So he is.”

　　2. 具有否定意义的词或短语位于句首，一般部分倒装。(not, never, seldom, hardly, rarely, scarcely, by no means, under no circumstance, in no way, at no time, no sooner…than, hardly…when, not only…but also等

　　Not only did he advise me what to do, but he also lent me the money.

　　Seldom does she do anything important without asking.

　　带情态动词的谓语倒装
