　　After all,the fault is ours.I have criticized_____.As to your demand of refund and compensation,I have sent you a check of_____.Apart from that,_____will bring a gift to your place and apology to you in person.Meanwhile,as you have correctly pointed out our mistakes,we would be obliged if you will become_____.I hope these can help compensate your losses.And once again,I am very sorry for what we have done.
