It is obvious that both of them lack confidence and overestimate the difficulties.

The reason why people lack confidence is that they don't even know themselves thoroughly and recognize themselves profoundly， that they have no idea what their strengths and weaknesses are. 　　然而，自信的重要性是无可否认的。自信能使我们顺利而快速地达成目标，实现梦想。我们越自信，就越有可能勇敢地面对挑战，在逆境中保持冷静并且赢得别人的信任和支持。不管外面的世界看起来多么残酷，要相信你自己。如果你对自己失去了信心，还有谁会相信你?
