　　【分析】简单句。本句显得较复杂，主要是由于列举成分较多，破折号之间的部分全是列举，如果去掉，句子结构则非常明显。主干为 leakages have left managers peering into IT systems and business，注意其中的 leave sb. doing 结构。

　　【译文】今年几起严重的客户和雇员资料泄露事件发生在各种各样的机构里，包括时代华纳公司、美国防卫项目承包商科技应用国际公司，甚至加利福利亚大学伯克利分校，这些事情使得管理者们匆忙仔细检查他们复杂的信息系统和业务流程以寻可能存在的安全隐患。
