2016考研英语长难句解析（49）

　　America's capacity utilization, for example, hit historically high levels earlier this year, and its jobless rate (5.6% in August) has fallen below most estimates of the natural rate of unemployment -- the rate below which inflation has taken off in the past.

　　词汇突破：

　　1.capacity utilization产能利用率，也叫设备利用率，是工业总产出对生产设备的比率，简单的理解，就是实际生产能力到底有多少在运转发挥生产作用

　　2. estimate 名词;评估

　　3. inflation 通货膨胀

　　4. take off 起飞(发生)

　　看完这个句子后判断下面那个选项是最佳选项：

　　句子解析：

　　调整一下： inflation has taken off in the past below the natural rate of unemployment.

　　在过去，低于自然失业率，通货膨胀就会飙升(发生)了。

　　即使你不知道take off 是什么意思，你也就和答案比对就好了。不要纠结于翻译本身，我们的目的是作对题!

　　要判断下面的两个选项就要和最后的一个定语从句进行比对：
