　　【学习及工作经历】
　　1979―1983 就读于山东大学化学系，获理学学士学位。
　　1983―1986 就读于山东大学化学系，获理学硕士学位；导师尹敬执教授，蒋本皋教授；
　　研究方向，稀土元素热化学。
　　1986―1994 留校工作，先后任助教，讲师。
　　1994―1999 赴联邦德国 Darmstadt University of Technology 学习；师从 Hans-Friedrich Klein 教授；研究方向，金属有机化学；获工学博士学位。
　　1999―2002 德国 Philipps-University of Marburg ，博士后；导师， Joerg Sundermeyer 教授；研究方向： 均相催化，绿色化学。
　　2002 年起，作为引进人才受聘于山东大学执教。

　　【学习及工作经历】

　　1983―1986 就读于山东大学化学系，获理学硕士学位；导师尹敬执教授，蒋本皋教授；
　　研究方向，稀土元素热化学。
　　1986―1994 留校工作，先后任助教，讲师。
　　1994―1999 赴联邦德国 Darmstadt University of Technology 学习；师从 Hans-Friedrich Klein 教授；研究方向，金属有机化学；获工学博士学位。
　　1999―2002 德国 Philipps-University of Marburg ，博士后；导师， Joerg Sundermeyer 教授；研究方向： 均相催化，绿色化学。
　　2002 年起，作为引进人才受聘于山东大学执教。
　　【研究手段】
　　本课题组采用国际通用的标准无水和无氧装置进行金属有机化合物的合成和性能研究。所用的溶剂全部经过严格的无水和无氧预处理，在使用前新鲜蒸馏。同样在惰性气体保护下，利用红外，核磁共振， X- 射线衍射，质谱和元素分析等现代分析手段对化合物进行表征。
　　利用高压釜研究有机氧化反应，配合色谱技术，对催化剂的催化性能进行测定。
