　　卢霏   女，教授，博士生导师。1985年毕业于山东大学光学系；1991年获光学专业工学硕士学位；1997年获凝聚态物理理学博士学位。2000年至2002年作为红堡学者在德国于利希研究中心从事半导体发光器件研究。目前主要从事离子注入光波导器件研究。
