　　胡天惠,  男，1973年1月出生。1995年获厦门大学生物化学学士, 2000年7月获中国科学院生物物理研究所博士学位. 2000年8月赴美国深造, 先后在霍华得休斯医学研究所 (Howard Hughes Medical Institute) 美国科学院院士John Exton教授实验室和范得比尔特大学医学院 (Vanderbilt University Medical Center) 著名肠道肿瘤专家Robert Coffey教授实验室进行细胞分子信号转导和肠道肿瘤分子生物学研究工作。2005年获得美国国立卫生研究院Fellowship资助。2007年底回国。目前是厦门大学医学院教授。已经完成的项目包括嗜中性白细胞呼吸爆发的信号转导研究，蛋白激酶C对磷酯酶D的调节，Naked2蛋白在Wnt信号通路中的拮抗机制。目前正在从事以下方面的研究.

　　1: 消化道肿瘤发生发展的机制。我们主要以消化道系统肿瘤为研究对象。对与消化道肿瘤最为密切的Wnt信号通路和表皮生长因子（EGFR）信号通路中的多个信号分子进行研究。探索它们相互调控的作用机制和生理学意义。目前我们正在研究的分子包括Dishevelled, Naked2, TGF?, EGFR, Phospholipase D和protein kinase C等。它们在消化道肿瘤发生和发展中都具有非常重要的作用，但是其生理学意义和作用机制还不清楚。对...

　　2： 消化道肿瘤的早期诊断和治疗。我们以寻找消化道肿瘤的早期诊断的biomarkers入手，通过基因工程，蛋白质组学的方法来探索早期诊断和治疗的方法。

　　已发表论文十余篇，其中包括国际知名刊物 PNAS, J. Cell. Mol. Med., J. Biol. Chem., BBA Mol Cell Res., Cell Signal. 等。论文被引用次数超过200次。胡天惠是美国生物化学学会， 细胞生物学会和癌症学会会员和中国生物化学和分子生物学会，中华医学会细胞分会会员。
