5年被推选为安徽省高校“十五”中青年学科带头人培养对象，2006年担任安徽大学“高分子化学与物理” 博士点导师。自2000年以来，主持了2项国家自然科学基金，1项安徽省科技厅优秀青年基金和1项安徽省科技厅立项项目，1项安徽省人才开发基金和1项安徽省教育厅自然科学基金重点项目。
