　　南京农业大学食品科技学院教授/博导，江苏省高校“青蓝工程优秀青年骨干教师”，教育部优秀青年教师资助计划、教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划。
　　主要经历：
　　1996年9月-1999年12月， 南京农业大学资源与环境科学学院，博士。
　　1985年9月-1988年7月，  南京农业大学资源与环境科学学院，硕士。
　　1981年9月-1985年7月，  南京农业大学土壤农业化学系，学士。
　　2000年10月-2001年10月，日本国立北海道大学/访问研究。
　　2005年1月-2005年2月，法国农业科技中心（Agropolis）/访问研究。
　　主要学术任职：
　　国家绿色食品专家咨询委员会委员
　　国家海域使用论证评审专家
　　中国农学会农产品质量安全分会理事
　　中国畜产品加工研究会理事
