　　1993-1997年，在东南大学电子工程系电子束技术研究室从事物理电子器件的研究与设计；1998.1-1999.1 月，在荷兰Philips公司研究访问，从事从事显示器件的研究与设计；1999-至今，在东南大学显示技术研究中心从事显示器件的研究和设计。
