　　姜耀辉（Jiang Yaohui），男，江苏海门市人，汉族，1964年10月出生，1985年4月加入中国共产党，1985年8月参加工作。
　　（1） 学习经历
　　1981.9-1985.8，长春地质学院地质系学习，并于1985年7月获工学学士学位。
　　1996.9-1999.6，中国地质大学（北京）博士研究生，并于1999年6月获理学博士学位。
　　2000.7-2002.8，南京大学地质学博士后

　　1985.8-2002.8，中国地质科学院南京地质矿产研究所，历任实习研究员，助理研究员，副研究员和研究员。
