　　个人科研工作简介

　　1)研究方向及主要学术成果：

　　立足我国丰富的天然药用生物资源宝库，发挥在天然药物研发的资源优势，围绕艾滋病等传染性疾病、临床常见恶性肿瘤等疾病及重大新药创制等国家战略需求，以具有特异糖结合能力的非免疫来源的凝集素为主线，集成现代生物技术手段，进行具有自主知识产权、抗病毒和抗肿瘤活性的凝集素等活性大分子的筛选、规模制备、基因克隆与蛋白序列、重组蛋白表达、生物活性及其基于肿瘤调控网络的分子机制、基于结构的分子设计和改造以及蛋白多肽数据库的构建和利用转基因植物大量获得活性蛋白等系统研究。发挥生命科学、医学和信息科学等学科特点及学科交叉优势，引入系统生物学整体性、信息化和网络调控的研究策略和理念，集成生物化学与分子生物学、细胞生物学、分子药理学、组学和系统生物学等技术方法，系统研究中草药蛋白多肽抗肿瘤分子机制及其潜在靶标，拓辟了“凝集素探针-肿瘤细胞程序性死亡相关蛋白-miRNA相互调控网络”研究新方向，为基于中药源活性蛋白多肽为先导或候选化合物的功能机制研究提供示范性的新思路并为源头创新药物研发提供通用模式。
