Undoubtedly, the pictures have subtly reflected thesocial phenomenon that idol worship is prevalent among the teenagers nowadays. Beckham represents the image ofsport hero whose handsome appearance and unparalleled football skills arepassionately adored by all the sports fans. Likewise, several teenage girls won their fame overnight in The2005 Super Girl Contest inChina, which provoked nationwide noisydebates on the value and harm of admiring these idols. Briefly speaking, young people areinclined to idolize the people who excel in appearance, intelligence ortalent.

Hence, idolatry, the thought-provoking social phenomenon, is a double-edged sword whichcan exert profound influence on the growth of young people. If we simplyworship the idols by imitating their hairstyles or pursuing fashionsunreasonably, the obsession willcertainly waste us a great deal of money or time, endangering the efficiency ofour work.
