　　Owing to the remarkable development in mass communications, people everywhere are feeling new wants and are being exposed to new customs and ideas, while governments are often forced to introduce still further innovations for the reasons given above.

　　译文：

　　由于大众通讯的显著发展，各地的人们正感受到新的需求，并且正接受到新的习俗和观点;然而，由于上述原因，各地的政府不得不采取更为进一步的革新措施。

　　词汇记忆要点：

　　owing to

　　remarkable

　　mass

　　communication

　　beexposed to

　　custom

　　be forceto

　　introduce

　　further

　　innovation

　　for thereason given above

　　结构和汉译逻辑记忆要点：

　　两个表原因的短语owing to和for the reason given above，翻译的时候，前因后果的中文顺序

　　while翻译为“然而”。

　　everywhere修饰前面的people。
