Dear Sir or Madam,

I write for information about the package tour to France between July and August this year.

I would like to receive more information about the tour, including the length and cost. I would also like to know if customers are given a choice of hotels, or if you use standard accommodation. Also, does the cost include travel insurance, or do I have to arrange this separately?

At the same time, would you kindly forward the details of other tours you offer? In fact, I would be particularly interested in any destination that includes visiting ancient monuments because archaeology is my specialist subject at university. I look forward to receiving the information at your earliest convenience.
