2019年考研作文部分整体解析（附范文参考）

　　今年英语二小作文和每年水平基本持平。从信件种类来看，属于建议信，语域比较正式。题目要求的主要内容是在教授的要求下，计划一个关于城市交通的辩论会，写信给教授，向他建议一个主题同时给出理由和相相应的安排。从命题主题上看，属于我们现实中比常见的交通问题，与我们在冲点班讲义中的交通阻塞的建议信和绿色出行的倡议信极为一致，同学们可以套用一些结构和词语便可以写出一篇好文。今年英语二具体的内容如下：

　　Directions：Suppose professor Smith ask you to plan a debate on the theme of city traffic, write an email to him.

　　1)suggest a topic and with your reasons;2)and your arrangement.

　　You should write about 100 words on the ANSWER SHEET.

　　Under your requirement about asking me to plan a debate on the theme of city traffic, I am honored to write this email to suggest a debating topic and narrate my arrangement for you.

　　I am sad to see a scene in our city where an increasing number of citizens waste a great deal of valuable time on the commuting especially in the rushing hours daily. Therefore, the topic I want to give a high priority to is whether to constrain private cars at the interval of traffic congestion. The main reason for launching this topic is that the results and approaches of the debate might avail us of coming up some suggestions to the department concerned to alleviate traffic jams of our city. 　　今年的大作文也和往年的水平相当，但与历年略有不同，难点在于不再是以往的单一的静态图或是动态图，此图展示的是分别在2013年和2018年毕业生去向的三个方面：就业、升学和创业的静态的数据的分别占比。通过柱状图分别对比了就业、升学和创业学生占比的数据变化。这类图表的描述方法是分别描述两年的静态数据，然后对比升降情况即可。此题目和咱们冲点班所讲的大学生就业和创业情况极为一致，可以将相应的词语和句式照搬到考试题目中即可，具体情况如下：

　　The bar chart clearly demonstrates a set of data about the choices of graduates in a university from 2013 to 2018.Compared with the figures in 2013, the proportion of graduates who find jobs in 2018 accounts for 60.7%, reducing by 7.4%. However, the percentage of graduates who choose further education and business startups in 2018 occupies 34% and 2.6% respectively, showing the rising trend and ascending by 7.7% and 1.3% individually.

　　What, on earth, gives rise to the formation of the data? The reason why an increasing quantity number of graduates choose to continue their education is that a huge transformation has occurred to modern companies and enterprises due to the progress of technology that many posts call for some talents with affluent knowledge and good educational background. Certainly, graduates turn to improve themselves by further studying. Besides, the growth of business startups ratio, to a large extent, should be attributed to the fact that some graduates want to achieve their dreams and ambitions. Facing the pressure of finding jobs, they launch their businesses, which avails them of accumulating rich world experience, gain the chance of success and enlarge the circle of business. Even if they encounter failure in the business venture, they also gain a sensitive insight to the future business investment.

　　In brief, we could predict that the trend might continue with the propaganda of innovation. However, our graduates should choose a proper career, whether finding jobs, launching businesses or continuing study, on condition of conforming to our capacity. Only in this way can we achieve our life value.
