2022考研英语基础词汇讲解（9）

　　在各类考试中，都是基础先行，那么在考研英语的复习中，词汇是基础的基础。不懂词汇就无法看懂句型、词义及语法，不论是在考研英语阅读理解中，还是在考研英语写作中，词汇的掌握都是最重要的一关。下面新东方在线考研频道小编给大家整理了一些考研英语基础词汇相关内容，供考生们参阅：

　　1.Pris---- take, “拿住，抓住”"

　　surprise v 吃惊

　　comprise v 包括，含有

　　enterprise n 事业;进取心

　　enterprising a 有事业心的

　　prison n 监狱(抓人之地)

　　imprison v 监禁

　　例句：

　　1) He describes their programmes and tactics, and, for those unfamiliar with the ways of creationists, the extent of their deception and distortion may come as an unpleasant surprise. (真题 1996, Text 5, Paragraph 2)

　　他揭露了这些人的纲领和手段，对那些不了解创世纪论者惯用手法的人来说，其欺骗和歪曲事实的程度会让他们感到气愤和吃惊。
