个人简介

　　顾谦群，女，教授、博士生导师。1992年获日本东北大学药学硕士。中国药学会海洋药物专业委员会委员、中国生化学会海洋药物理事、《中国海洋药物》杂志编委。1993年至今在中国海洋大学医药学院从事教学和科研工作。主要从事海洋天然药物化学的研究。近年主持完成国家863计划、国家自然科学基金等国家级课题7项；目前主持和承担大洋协会开发计划、自然科学基金及海洋 “863”计划等国家级课题共5项；在Tetrahedron、Tetrahedron Lett.、J. Nat. Prod. 等国际学术期刊发表SCI收录论文25篇，申请国家发明专利15项，授权9项，获青岛市科技进步二等奖1项。已培养硕士研究生24名、博士8名、博士后1名；在读硕士生7名、博士生8名。

　　主要针对肿瘤、神经系统疾病及心脑血管疾病等严重危害人类健康的重大疾病，从海洋微生物中快速发现结构新颖的活性化合物，进行构效关系研究，获得具有药用价值的海洋微生物新资源及药物先导化合物。具体研究内容如下：
　　1．海洋微生物中创新药物先导化合物的发现；
　　2. 先导化合物的生物转化与构效关系的研究；
　　3. 发现药用海洋微生物新资源的方法学研究。
