　　As is known to all, the decisive factor for children’s growth is not a famous teacher, but their own talent and characteristic, therefore education shall be rendered in accordance with the children’s personal conditions. An eagle cannot be the teacher of a fish and a fish can never fly in the blue sky; birds may learn swimming from sharks or whales but can never swim in the deep sea.
